MCA Bubbly

After many years of talking about it, today I have at last done it -

put elder flowers and lemon in a bucket with water and sugar;

give it a stir;

cover and wait.

In case you haven't guessed yet, I am attempting to make elderflower champagne. It should be ready in a couple of weeks, why not have a look at the recipe below and have a go!

  2. If you do try this its a good idea to remove most of the stalk. it is now day 4 and not much happening so added a pinch of yeast 2 days ago, as stated in recipe. all going well will bottle on friday into glass and plastic bottles. Any advice greatly recieved!
