For any budding photographers out there, the National Trust have a photo competition. The theme is 'your space', and how you / people enjoy it. Check out the website for further details and categories, children are encouraged to enter. What better way to spend a day outdoors than taking a few snaps, having memories captured in photographs and you might just win!! Happy snapping.

Swing into spring!

 Have you had on a go on the swings yet? They're fantastic! All the parents are very thankful to the handy blokes down at mca for constructing them, great for children (and adults too).

 If you're following the wise old advice of 'don't shed a clout till May's out', then spare a thougth for your seedlings and protect them in the cosy polytunnel. Especially good for tomatoes, chillies, courgette and squashes. The tomatoes have already been planted in the tunnel. Watch out for details about taking part in caring for the communal areas.
